I have always received first class treatment and service from all the staff at the surgery, and could not think of any improvement necessary.

To be truthful I am fortunate enough not to use your surgery very often, therefore I do not feel eligible to comment. But on the occasions when I have needed to see a specific doctor they are either on holoday or practising elsewhere. There does seem to be a long wait to get an appointment sometimes, in my own case. I generally diagnose my own problems, pay a visit to the chemist.
